BevShots are hangover free.
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt for either a replacement product or a full refund of the product cost (shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable). If your product is altered after delivery in any way, the product is no longer refundable or exchangeable. In the event that you wish to return or exchange your art piece, please follow these instructions:
1) Save all of the packaging.
2) Take a digital picture of the packaging and the product, especially if you notice areas of damage.
3) Attach these photos in an e-mail to service@bevshots.com.
4) In the body of the e-mail, include your order number, shipping tracking number, a brief description of why you wish to return the product, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or refund.
We will reply within 48 hours to let you know what steps to take next. Rest assured your satisfaction is our top priority and we will work tirelessly until your issue is resolved.

It all started with an idea from an American professor, who shot the BevShots images in his Florida State University laboratory. These images were then licensed to a Tallahassee entrepreneur, who hired North Florida based talent to design his Web site and promote his product. Finally, the BevShots artwork is manufactured and shipped from California to BevShots enthusiasts all over the nation.
